Title: Community Nurse (0417/02)

Hours: Permanent Part-time – 15 hours per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Salary: £16.45 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and committed nurse to assess the needs and deliver compassionate care to the residents in our community.

Morden College is a charity for older people and are recruiting for a registered nurse with experience of community nursing to join our community nursing team during an exciting period of change. This role will be hands on and ensure that we are delivering the highest level of nursing care to our resident’s. A cheerful, sunny nature is essential!

Successful candidates will have experience in planning, delivering and evaluating appropriate packages of care to our residents and must be IT literate – ideally with knowledge of the GP system EMIS Web. A valid NMC PIN number and Enhanced DBS with bared list check will be required for this post as well as access to your own transport (including a driving licence).

We are also interested in hearing from qualified nurses who would like to work for us on a casual basis to work on our Relief Bank.
